What brand of ABEC - 9 bearings should I do for my inline skates?

Suggestions? Been lookin around .. Arsenal ABEC 9s found reeeeallly cheep, but i cannot find anywhere to see how they are so I can get 16 for $ 10. Secondly my skates are about 4 years I should get new and struts?
