Are ATM bearings good?

Hello, I built and ordered a skateboard Zumiez. This is a board element I'm a big fan of Element Skateboards. It is a dispersion element board. I bought Platinum package Zumiez. And I want to know if the bearings I bought with it are all good. The bearings are ATM I bought White bearings. There is comes with a set of eight white shield bearing with spacers and washers. ABEC 5 chrome bearings.
