How do you design your own guitar effects pedals?
I built a BYOC kits years, and know how to solder and understand different components. But I wondered, What if you want to come with your own completely original design. Where would you go to learn the theory behind using certain combinations of coins to make certain sounds? Is there any experimentation? Or is there some logic to that?
It is a logic to this, but it is built on more solid understanding of the formation of the effect rather than electronics.
